• Compliance tracking tools

3. User Accounts

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
• Must provide accurate information

Account Security

• You are responsible for your account security
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any breach

4. Fees and Payment

Membership Fee

• One-time fee: £10
• Additional services priced separately:
  • Government fees for services like DBS checks
  • Other services as advertised

Payment Terms

• Payments processed via Stripe
• All fees in GBP
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Refunds

• All sales are final

Prohibited Use

• Reselling of services

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform and content owned by Fine Content Ltd
• Your profile content remains yours
• You grant us license to use your content for service provision

7. Verification Services

DBS Checks

• Conducted through authorized partners
• Subject to DBS Code of Practice
• Results belong to you

References

• We facilitate but don't guarantee reference responses
• Accuracy of references is referee's responsibility
